Artists are the voice of a community, but off the stage often aren’t heard. The Barrie Arts and Culture Council listens to all its constituents and speaks on behalf of artist and arts organizations in Barrie.
We’re here to represent your concerns and issues, to bring forward your solutions and ideas, to the City of Barrie’s Department of Culture, City Council, or other levels of government.
