It is normal and common for Council to amend the budget sometimes dramatically before adoption. My point here is that while citizen participation is critical to the process, the process is just beginning and unfortunatley city staff has chosen not to include the theatre I'm their proposal. It I my hope and expectation that my colleagues on council will join me in continuing what we started an seeing this project to it's finished project.
