The Barrie Arts and Culture Council is headquartered in downtown Barrie at The Creative Space, 89 Dunlop St W, Suite 201 (the building behind Casa Cappuccino). We do not yet keep regular office hours, but you can drop things off or take your chances that one of our members is in.
